Book Signings

We have done the radio interview and two book signings, and they all have gone great.  There were people waiting for me when I arrived at Cups-N-Cones to sign books last Saturday!  I took a couple weekends off the book signings after just having gotten started, because my grandmother is very ill and I went to see her.  I need to jump back in and get some more scheduled, however.

The whole family has been very supportive.  My kids loaned some stuffed animals to decorate my table, and there is my dear husband with me.  :)

Watch the blog here for more information on:
--upcoming book signings
--my new website
--a recording of my radio interview
--upcoming book reviews.

In the meantime, have a great weekend!

  1. How exciting that people were already there waiting for you! The stuffed animals add a special touch. It's nice that your husband is so supportive. Do you arrange the book signings and interviews yourself?

    1. I arranged this one because I know the owners there. If I arrange something myself, the marketing rep is very supportive and sends out press releases and such. When dealing with a bigger place like a bookstore or national retailer, the marketing rep deals with them directly and sets them up for me. The radio station invited me to do the interview when they saw the press release. It's all been very exciting! :)

  2. That's great that you're working with a marketing rep. I'm sure that makes things easier for you. This is all very exciting! I'm enjoying reading about all your doing.
